The blessings box is a ministry started by Centenary UMC September of 2017 open to all in the community to take what you need and leave what you can. It is located in the church parking lot between the church and the courthouse (off Washington Street). The Church Address is 429 Main Street Shelbyville Ky 40065.

Items we recommend: 

• Canned goods-pop top recommended

• Non-perishable items

• Noodles/ Rice/ Beans

• Peanut butter/ Jelly

• Cereal/pop tarts/cereal bars 

• Bread/ Crackers/ Tortillas 

• Ready Meals/ Tuna/ canned meats

• Personal Hygiene items, soap, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste...

• Baby items, Diapers, wipes, food

Please check expiration dates. Please no medications of any kind, alcohol or open/repackaged items.

Please do not leave household items in or around the blessing box.
